All courses must be paid for in full and in advance, completed within six months and are non refundable and non transferable.

 

For your convenience

 

We provide gowns for your comfort. However, we would advise clients to wear loose comfortable clothing and we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to clothing whilst on the premises or post treatment, in particular if you are having a bronzing treatment, some training creams can cause staining.

 

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, it is advisable that you keep all belongings with you at all times during your appointment.

Health & Safety

 

We follow all health & safety regulations as set by the environmental health department, we strerlise and sanitise equipemtn for all services and treatments where applicable. A new sterile electrolysis needle is used for each visit and safe disposed of after use.

 

Cancellations

 

We reserve the right to change a cancellation fee of half the treatment cost for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the treatment time, and 48 hours before a top to toe programme. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the therapist and/or treatment of your choice we reserver the right to change or cancel the treatment.

 

Guarantees

 

All treatments are carried out by fully qualified and professional therapist. However, we regret we are unable to guarantee results.
